Job purpose:

 

Growth of the Aftersales Department

n

To lead, coach and support the Aftersales Deapartment Staff

n

Ensure the dealership aftersales business plan is delivered via the sales of part and labour hours and associated gross profit. (monthly/quarterley/annualy)

n

Identify and develop opportunities to enhance the performance of the Aftersales department

n

Implement the company core values.

n

Control of costs, expenditure. Monitor/Control of warranty and bad debt.

n

Ensure the necessary improvements and corrective actions are taken where variations of budget achievement occur.

n

Growth of EMAC service plan sales and Aftersales add ons.

n

To achieve the required Customer satisfaction scores for the manufacturer in dept.

n

Ensure the workshops/aftersales department meets with Group Standards
