Our client is looking to appoint a General Sales Manager to their existing team. In control of 4 sales departments you will be responsible for managing, supporting and coaching our Sales Managers and Sales Executives. With this in mind, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with passion and drive, who is excited about embracing our positive proactive culture and ensuring our high standards and commitment to our team and customers are maintained.
The successful individual must have a proven track record of success in a similar position within the motor industry and must be able to lead and motivate to exceed targets and maximise profitability across all areas of our sales departments. A desire and want to bring new ideas to continue to drive performance is paramount.
We need a seasoned manager with experience of managing a team of up to 40 staff and dealing with a projected volume of approx. 3000 units per annum.
