Our client requires an experienced Service Team Leader/Senior Service Advisor to join their team at this Prestige franchised dealership.
You will have a demonstrable record of delivering genuinely outstanding customer service. Your work ethic and skill set will mean that you listen, care and take action to deliver the best service you can. Your administrative and organisational skills must also be of an exceptional standard. Knowledge of the Kerridge computer system would be an advantage. You will be responsible for allocating work to a team of 4 Technicians whilst ensuring they achieve their allocated hours towards team bonus. You will also be responsible for first class customer service and upsell as required.
